Payapps, an Autodesk company, needed a consistent creative partner to bring their brand to life across every stage of the customer journey — from first awareness through to onboarding and retention. As their go-to agency for marketing and design support, our work has spanned the full commercial ecosystem: digital advertising, exhibition environments, sales collateral, and client-facing documentation.

On the awareness and demand generation side, we developed a suite of digital display ads for targeted media placements, including website skin takeovers for industry publications and large-format exhibition wall designs for major construction technology events.
These executions balanced bold, confident messaging with Payapps' core value propositions — compliance, time-saving, and cashflow visibility — ensuring standout in a crowded B2B market. We also developed a structured sales proposal template, giving the commercial team a professional, on-brand framework for enterprise pitches.

Further down the funnel, we designed and produced subcontractor onboarding packs on behalf of Payapps' main contractor clients; translating complex platform functionality into clear, accessible guidance that drives adoption and reduces friction at the point of sign-up. Across every touchpoint, the work is shaped by a single goal: making Payapps easy to buy, easy to sell, and easy to use

A key part of our work has been equipping the Payapps sales team with compelling tools to win enterprise clients. We developed a comprehensive value proposition presentation used by their business development team in prospect meetings — articulating the platform's ROI, integration capabilities, and competitive differentiation in a clear, visually persuasive format designed to land with senior decision-makers in large contracting businesses.
